The Design Element is a full-service interior design studio specializing in residential and commercial projects. They are located in the heart of MDC. They create thoughtful, beautiful interiors that meet their clients’ aesthetic, functional, and economic goals while honoring our client’s schedules. They help clients understand and define their desires, then create a design that accommodates and elaborates on the objectives.

The Cabinet Lab provides custom design and options for cabinetry, cabinet hardware, and countertops. Their showroom displays an array of vendors from each of our specialties and provides samples and materials for informed project decisions. They have kitchen and bath designers on staff for new construction and remodel projects that can provide their expertise and a rendered layout for start to finish guidance and execution.
